"JL1" Gaofen 03 Series Satellites Are on the March Today

On October 27, 2022, Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. held an expedition ceremony for five satellites, including JL1 High Score 03D08 and High Score 03D51-54, in the Aerospace Information Industrial Park. Leaders, employees and media representatives of the company participated in the activity to send off the satellite transport fleet.

"JL1" high resolution 03 series satellite is a small and light optical remote sensing satellite independently developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., which is an important achievement of the company in practicing the concept of mass production. This series of satellites adopts the concept of load platform integration design, which is characterized by low cost, low power consumption, low weight and high index.

The five satellites on this expedition will be launched at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center of China in the near future. After successful launch, they will form a network with 70 "JL1" satellites in orbit to provide more abundant remote sensing data and product services for agriculture, forestry, ocean, resources, environmental protection, urban construction, scientific experiments and other fields.
